Eddie Loyal
Managing Director
One of the advantages at Loyal Specs Opticians is that Eddie has strived to make the practice a warm and friendly place. As the managing director Eddie is always on hand to help and assist all patients to fulfil their needs. He has over 21 years’ experience in the optical industry and spent a lot of his time developing teams to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
Shivani Mehta Loyal
Managing Clinical Director – Optometrist
Shivani is one of the Directors as well as being the Resident Optometrist at East Ham, who is dedicated to all her patients. She began her optical career after completing her BSc Hons Degree in 2011 Cardiff University. Shivani has a wide range of key skills which helps her do her job to the highest capacity. Her friendly and calm approach to all her patients enables her to conduct each eye examination to the highest levels.
Senior Optical Dispenser
Rana has been a loyal member of staff working for the Practice in East Ham for over 10 years, she is a valued member of the team who prides herself in working efficiently and effectively. She has developed her skills in Dispensing and has expert knowledge on frame choice and designs to help our customers find exactly what they are looking for.
Optical Assistant
Sharlini is our newest member of the team, working part time. She has successfully completed her first year at university studying to become an Optometrist. Sharlini shows great passion for the industry and works extremely hard to enhance her knowledge within the optical trade. As a business we support Sharlini with her ongoing education to become an Optometrist and we are very grateful she has chosen Loyal Specs to develop her skills.
Jay Miah
Senior Optical Dispenser
Jay has over 15 years’ experience within the optical industry. She started her career 15 years ago at our East Ham location. She has built a large patient following and is extremely friendly and helpful to all our patients. Jay has earned her place at the practice as a senior member of the team after developing her skills within the business.
